Easter!!!

Hi Everyone!!

I know its been a long time since I have updated you on whats been happening in my world. My Easter weekend was great!! But I will start from last week because I have been slacking.

Mom came to pick me up and G&Gs on Tuesday

And learned I had a new trick!!

 I was chasing Zoey around G&Gs (really she does like it) and in Zoeys effort to trick me she went from the chair over the end table to the couch. I thought it looked fun so I tried it too. Mom said it was ok as long as I didn't do it at home only at G&G. I dont know if Grandma liked that but I sure did!! 



Yep I'm driving home today mom.



I tried to take the camera away again but no luck. She never lets me have the fun.

We are going to jump over to Thursday. Mom got home from work and we decided to go on a walk.

She tried to get me to smile when sitting in the flowers but I wasn't going to have any of that I wanted to get walking!

Once we got home it was time for my favorite pass time

Attacking Moms hair!! She lets me attack for a while as long as I don't pull hard. I really do try hard not too but sometimes I forget she is weak and cant handle all the big Aire mmuscle.

On Friday G&G informed Mom of my explorations under the van in the back yard. Because of my adventures I ended up with this stuff called oil all over me.

Mom didn't like the smell (I was diggin it) so off it was to my first bath.

I would have some pictures but mom was too busy scrubbing my back. I do have to admit I'm not a huge fan of the bath but I love the rubbing I get when she is working up a good lather.

As long as she is rubbin I am sitting pretty.

Afterwords I wasn't quite as dignified.

I thought about running around and drying off but then the towel and warm blanket looked better.

Nap time.

No more baths for a while please!!

On Saturday and Sunday morning we got to go to this wonderful place called the dog run.

Its in a local park here in town.

Dogs get to go there and play with out leashes but I still had my leash on because I don't always listen.

I am working on that (kinda).

Its really big and there were a lot of big dogs. We will get pictures of them next time.

After all the fun at the dog park on Sunday I didn't think the day would get any better but it did!!

It was this holiday they call Easter where all the family gets together and eats some really, REALLY great smelling food (reminder guys, next time I get some)

We all met at G&Gs house.  All of my favorite friends both two & four legged were there and I also got to meet a new friend Mitzi. I am giving her a sniff in the picture below with Dudley and Baily supervising.

Here is Grandma giving everyone a treat (she wouldn't let me get her face, she is shy). I was going to get one too but someone had to take the picture.

After all the fun and excitement for the day everyone had to go home including me.

It was a wonderfully amazing week and weekend. I hope they all can be that fun!!

I have to come clean

Hello....My name is Charlee....I have an addiction.

I am addicted to....COFFEE.

Yes coffee.

I know I do not need coffee I have plenty of energy but every time I see that wonderful steaming cup I just have to go snout first at it!

I first tried coffee when mom left a little in her cup on the coffee table (ironic huh?) I decided that if she liked it then I will too. I could not believe my tongue it was wonderful. Now I go for a cup every chance I get. I have had some success in accessing a cup at G&G but it is very rare. I truly am trying to stop.

Mom and G&G have both tried to help me stop but alas I have been able to stay strong

Please wish me luck on my quest to stay off the coffee!!

Yep I am trouble.

So my Saturday was AWESOME!! Sunday, well lets just say Sunday had a lot of up and downs. The day started off great.

Mom and I went on a walk around the neighborhood.

Once we got back I got my favorite bully stick.

Mom normally doesn't let me chew them down as small as I would like but she got busy doing other stuff in the house and I just kept chewing. It felt like she was out of the room for ever (Kim here, it was about 20 mins) And I had the bully stick down to 4". Mom came over to take it away and GUESS WHAT I DID??

I swallowed the whole thing!! Yep she wasn't taking it away from me. All of a sudden she started calling all kinds of people to make sure it was ok that I ate a piece that big. I tried to tell her I was ok but she wouldn't listen to me.

After getting my belly full with the stick and mom getting reassured by everyone that the bully stick were ok to eat I took a nice long nap.

After the nap it was time for the second walk of the day and this time we got to go see G&G and Bob. Bob is a really good friend of Grandpas. He use to have a Aire too! He was super nice and gave great scratches. He didn't even mind a little nibbling.

After a long day I went home and crashed out for the night. This morning I woke up and you will never believe what I saw!! There was TONS of snow on the ground!!! I thought it was all done. I think mom thought it was done snowing too because she kept using words I cant repeat on here.

I went out and played for a while before mom had to go to work. The rest of the day was pretty much normal routine. Play with G&G Zoey and Bucky, chew on some fingers and toes. Run around like a crazy puppy and pretty much drive everyone nuts but I know they still love me.

Also a update on Dudley, He is doing better but everyone is keeping a close eye on him.

Help please!!

Hi everyone this is Charlees mom, Kim. I need you help. Charlees good friend Dudley isnt doing very good. He has been bleeding and the doctors dont know why. They ran xrays and could not find anything wrong. Please keep him in your puppy wishes and hopefully he will be better soon!!

BEST...DAY...EVER!!!

Hello Friends!! I had the most amazing day today I had to tell you right away! It started off like any other day, get up, go outside, play with mom but then my friend Jenny came over.





 Mom, Jenny and Me loaded in the car and went to a place called McDonald's. Mom and Jenny got some treats but I didn't get anything. That's OK the fun was going to come later.

This afternoon we had some great play time. I have three favorite balls and today I had all of them going!

Then we played some tug. Mom was impressed I am getting really strong!! She wont be able to hold on forever.

Then of course somebully stick time, nom nom nom, Lovin the bully stick!

Then I went outside the do my business and GUESS WHAT?!? It was snowing!! In April!! I know Wisconsin has some crazy weather but this is just odd. I keep hearing about this thing called Spring but I don't think it will ever get here.

After trying to figure out why that snow was coming down I came inside for a nice belly rub. I don't know about my other 4 legged friends but to me there isn't much better in the world then a good belly rub.

After the belly rub I was ready for a nap. The day is still young and there is a lot to do!!

After my nap mom loaded me into the car again. I wasn't sure where we were going but I am up for anything!! 

We went to the PETSTORE!!, It was my first trip to the store and I love it there!! The people are so nice and there were kids to say Hi to and give big aire kisses to. I also got to look around and pick out my own toys too!!

 So here is my loot, I got some nylabones, Greenies, Poopie bags (I don't understand the reason for this one, who wants to put poop in a bag?!? Humans are so strange) a tag for my collar and I got a Giraffe, I will have to put up my video with the sounds it makes, Its so cool, it makes a duckish sound AND it squeaks!!





I couldn't wait to rip into these!

I haven't had one yet but I will let you know when I do
